Cade Skywalker
Cade Skywalker was a descendant of Luke Skywalker, and was pressed with the task of defeating Darth Krayt. Rin gave him his father's lightsaber.

Chian, Padawan Youngling - Bear Clan
All Younglings in the Jedi Temple were killed by Darth Vader as Order 66 was carried near the end of the Clone Wars. Their training lightsabers were collected and destroyed.

Coleman Trebor, Jedi Master (Clan Saber)
Trebor, a Jedi Master at the height of the Old Republic,
was shot in cold blood by Jango Fett during the onset of the Clone War at
Geonosis. His clan lightsaber was presumed lost in the arena.

Corran Horn , Jedi Knight

Corran Horn’s found his first lightsaber in a secret chamber under the library of the Lusankya prison facility. The chamber was full of ancient Jedi relics, as well as a display that contained artifacts belonging to Nejaa Halcyon, the collection of artifacts contained Halcyon’s lightsaber. Horn took the artifacts and the lightsaber and used it to escape the prison facility, killing several guards. Later, during his training with Luke Skywalker, it was determined that Nejaa Holcyon was Horn’s grandfather and was, in fact, training with his grandfather’s lightsaber.
Corran Horn (2)
Horn’s second saber was constructed while he was on Vlarnya, gathering information on how to disrupt the plans of Tavira and other pirates. Using notes from Rostek Horn and scavenged parts, including a speeker bike handlebar for the hilt, and gemstones given as gifts from Tavira as the focusing crystals. He made this a duel phased saber with which he is able to adjust the length of the blade by twisting the hilt. He currently still carries this saber with him.

(Count) Dooku, Jedi Master
Count Dooku was once the Master of a young Qui Gon Jinn
and a student of Yoda. A well respected Jedi Knight would become one of the "Lost Twenty". He replaced this lightsaber after he left the order.
